HUAQI Bags brings integrated manufacturing expertise to global bag sourcing. Operating through Hubei Huaqi Bags Co., Ltd, we combine our Quanzhou headquarters and Hubei manufacturing base to deliver coordinated OEM & ODM production, supported by Quanzhou's established materials and components supply chain.

Our Manufacturing Foundation
Quanzhou Xiangfeng Bags was established, laying the foundation for HUAGI through focused investment in sewing craftsmanship, quality-control systems and a dependable bag and luggage supply chain.
Upgraded for Global Trade
Quanzhou Huagi Bags was established as part of a comprehensive factory upgrade. We built a dedicated international trade system and began expanding production into Hubei, creating the foundation for a coordinated two-base model with greater capacity and stronger customer support.
Two-Base Integration
Hubei Huagi Bags was formally established. Standardized systems were integrated across both facilities, unifying product development, manufacturing and warehousing while strengthening our ability to deliver premium custom bags and large-volume export orders.

Trading with HUAQI
Payment & Trade Terms
We offer established international payment options for different order sizes and purchasing needs. The applicable payment method, charges and settlement terms are confirmed in the quotation and sales contract.
T/T Bank Transfer — Standard Orders
A 30% deposit initiates production. The remaining 70% is payable after production is completed and the customer has confirmed inspection. Shipment is arranged once full payment has been received.
Irrevocable Sight L/C — Larger Projects
We accept irrevocable letters of credit at sight for corporate purchasing, government projects and major event orders. Issuing‑bank acceptability, documentary requirements and credit terms are reviewed and agreed before the L/C is issued.
Western Union — Samples & Small Orders
Western Union is available for sample fees, small trial orders and urgent supplementary orders, subject to applicable transaction and compliance requirements.
PayPal — Convenient Small Payments
PayPal is available for sample fees, small trial orders and urgent supplementary orders. Online payment offers a convenient option for individual buyers and smaller purchasing teams; applicable charges are confirmed in advance.
Flexible Terms — Long‑Term Partners
For established customers with consistent repeat orders, deposit ratios, staged payments and split shipments may be negotiated based on the trading relationship, credit review and order volume.
Sample Fees & Credits
Custom samples are charged a sample fee plus courier costs. The sample fee can be fully credited against a subsequent bulk order, as agreed in the quotation. Standard in‑stock samples may be supplied free of charge, with shipping costs payable by the customer.
Trade Documentation & Settlement
Transactions are processed through our company’s authorized trade settlement arrangements. We provide export documentation and support customs declarations and applicable export tax‑rebate procedures. Beneficiary and payment details are confirmed on the official invoice.
